Shipping and Returns
The BHKitchen Pty Ltd will refund or replace Magnetic Spice Jars purchased on our website that are faulty, are incorrectly packaged, or are damaged.
Any Magnetic Spice Jars purchased through one of our wholesalers will be subject to the wholesalers return policy.
When you receive your Magnetic Spice Jars, please inspect them, and if there is anything wrong with them, contact us immediately. Used Magnetic Spice Jars will not be refunded or replaced.
Return of Unopened Magnetic Spice Jars
If you change your mind about your Magnetic Spice Jars, and wish to return your unopened Magnetic Spice Jars, you can return your order for an exchange or refund based on the follow conditions:
- The Magnetic Spice Jars must be unopened and in original condition
- The Magnetic Spice Jars are returned within 30 days of purchase
- Proof of purchase must be included in the return
Failure to adhere to these conditions will result in denial of return or exchange.
To arrange a refund, please visit the return page and fill out a return form.
Once approved and we receive your Magnetic Spice Jars, you will be refunded via the same method you used to pay for your Magnetic Spice Jars.
The refund will include the total value minus any shipping costs associated with sending your order and a $10 restocking fee.
Return of Opened Goods
Refunds or exchanges will be granted for Magnetic Spice Jars in the event of Magnetic Spice Jars being faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
If you believe your Magnetic Spice Jars are faulty, damaged, or incorrect you may request an exchange given the following conditions:
- The Magnetic Spice Jars are in their original condition
- The Magnetic Spice Jars are returned within 30 days
- Proof of purchase and order information is included in the return
Cancellations and Changes to Orders
Once your order is placed and payment is received we will dispatch your order. If you change your mind or wish to change your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order number. If your Magnetic Spice Jars have entered the dispatch stage you will not be able to cancel or change your order.
Information Provided at Checkout
It is your responsibility to make sure that the information provided is accurate. The BHKitchen will not accept liability for Magnetic Spice Jars that are lost due to incorrect shipping information given.
If you receive your Magnetic Spice Jars and your order does not align with what you received, please email us at email@example.com with your order number so that we can resolve the issue. You will be sent a return label, and once we receive the incorrect order back to our warehouse, we will resend the correct order.
All retail orders will be delivered within 7 business days of the order being placed.
Costs to Return or Exchange
Shipping costs to refund or exchange will be borne by the buyer, unless the goods are faulty or the incorrect Magnetic Spice Jars are sent.
Goods and Services Tax
The BHKitchen is an Australian based company. Good and Services Tax is required by law, to be charged on all orders shipped Australia wide.
